Introduction

Hello everyone!
My name is Sarah Jackson. I go to a prestigious high school in Texas, and am 14 years old. I've been watching anime for over a year now, and I think I'm qualified to say that the people who hate it the most are the people that watch it. It's not because we despise it, it's just that when you love something, you become more critical of it. For example, my dad will literally stand in front of the TV and scream at his favorite team if they do something bad. "That was a terrible pass!" "What the hell was that play?!?" You get the picture. And so, because I love anime so much, I have learned to hate it as well.
I guess I'll start to tell you about all the things I've watched. I don't really have a master list, but I've seen a lot of the big stuff, like Fairy Tail and Naruto. I actually haven't seen Dragon Ball Z yet, because it's so long and I'm sort of in the middle of like, 20 things right now. I enjoy Shounen anime, especially the action stuff, because I like the fast pace and the lack of really, really, long story arcs. (Except for Inuyahsa, that is, they've been searching for shards of the sacred jewel since episode 2.) I like being able to sit down, watch one or two episodes of one thing, then watch one or two episodes of another.
So what can you expect from this blog? It's going to be a rundown of everything I loved and hated about everything I've watched, while simultaneously updating you on all the things I'm seeing and of course, on my pathetic life. I'll see you in like 5 minutes with my review of Squid Girl.
